As the founder and advisor to Straedgy Consulting Group Inc. clients, Wayne's decades of experience and global relationships help early-stage, emerging, and enterprise organizations advance their organizations to achieve exponential growth.

He is the author of the Renderbloom Growth 5.0™ model, a pragmatic approach to accelerate brand relevancy, leverage technology, and execute growth with greater certainty.

Leighton Wood

Director, Brand & Creative Services

As a creative director, Leighton invests his soul and imagination into every project that he works on. He has 10+ years of experience in consumer branding and dozens of highly successful projects and campaigns. The Straedgy brand identity, graphics, illustrations, website design, and content was created and developed by Leighton, who continues to surprise clients with outstanding original work.

Ryan T. DeForge, PhD

Director, Research and Development

Mr. DeForge has recently joined Straedgy Consulting Group leading our Content Factory services. He brings to our clients exceptional credentials and expertise in accelerating 'Knowledge Translation' for the purposes of developing high impact, authentic, authoritative and action (AAA) oriented content for audience omni-channel engagement. He is an expert in research, assessments, surveys, proposal development and execution of salient sage knowledge.

Mr. Boyer is an accomplished leader and CEO of One Million Acts of Innovation. He is the former CIO of GlaxoSmithKline and today, co-founder of Harmonized Mobility. Jerry consults with brand leaders in HR, Technology, and Digital First initiatives. He is currently developing a MAAS (mobility as a service) platform engaging partnerships with Uber and major public sector transportation agencies across North America.
