Responding to a UK request for assistance, we were contacted by an associate, who met with us here in Canada, to discuss the parameters of their requirements and the need to tackle a highly confidential project.
Our leadership team conducted a comprehensive study assessing North American market conditions, the feasibility of growth options, and consideration of alternative distribution channels. After an exhaustive deep-dive, we provided recommendations that would advance more profitable revenue streams, rationalize their contractual obligations and position them for a possible future exit. The report identified opportunities for growth and recommendations in North America on how best to enhance existing partnership arrangements as well as introduce them to digital-first concepts they could apply across the globe.
Our recommendations determined that InterFax needed to install a digital inbound marketing automation platform (HubSpot) capable of helping them to better manage business opportunities, engage with new partnerships and increase geography-specific brand localization for the purposes of increasing global growth quickly.
These recommendations included an on-ramp for growth strategy and market expansion potential. After we had concluded this project, InterFax merged with Texas-based Uplands to form the new Uplands InterFax brand as it is known today.
